  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add the EKABE quark and mix. Gradually sprinkle in the flour and baking powder, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  3. Cut the salmon into small pieces and finely chop the chives. Add them into the dough.
  4. Pour the dough into small, greased cake or muffin tins and bake in t he oven for 30-40 minutes.
  5. When serving, garnish with 2 sprigs of chives.
