- In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add the EKABE quark and mix. Gradually sprinkle in the flour and baking powder, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Cut the salmon into small pieces and finely chop the chives. Add them into the dough.
- Pour the dough into small, greased cake or muffin tins and bake in t he oven for 30-40 minutes.
- When serving, garnish with 2 sprigs of chives.
