Scallops Gratin
in Garlic

- Mix the breadcrumbs, melted butter and salt in a small bowl.
- In another bowl, combine the EKABE whipping cream, garlic, lemon zest, salt and pepper.
- Season the scallops with salt and pepper. Divide them among 6 scallop shells, or, if unavailable, in 6 individual ramekins. Spoon over a little creamy sauce and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the shells on a baking tray and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the cream is bubbling and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
- Garnish with chives and serve the scallops with a crisp green salad.
