- Prepare the muffin tins with suitable paper cases.
- Wash and peel the pears. Remove the cores and cut it into cubes.
- In a bowl, mix the flour with the cornflour, baking powder and sugar.
- In a second bowl, mix the EKABE quark, eggs, butter and maple syrup.
- Add the flour mixture to the quark mixture and mix until smooth. Add the pear pieces and chocolate chips, then mix one last time.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Fill the muffin cases up to 2/3 and put them in the oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool and sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
Tips:
Out of season, 230 g of drained pears in syrup are also suitable.
Vary the recipe by using 230g of apples and 100g of sultanas.
