Ingredients:

200 g EKABE plain Kochkäse, 40% fat (1 pot)
1/2 teaspoon chipotle chili powder (or mild chili powder, if preferred)
2 tablespoons pickled jalapeños, finely chopped (optional)
1 tablespoon salsa, mild or hot
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: spring onions, fresh coriander and/or chopped tomato

Recipe

Gently melt the EKABE Kochkäse in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until the cheese is smooth.
Stir in the chipotle chili, jalapeños, and salsa. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve warm with tortilla chips or tacos.
