- Chop the ingredients carefully by hand using a sharp knife. The ingredients must retain their flavour and integrity. Mix the quark with the lime juice, salt and pepper, then add all the ingredients and mix well but gently with a fork.
- Arrange on plates using a cookie cutter and garnish to taste. Serve with toasted bread.
